OTET Markets initially stated that the withdrawal was under review and referred to security checks, sanctions, infrastructure limitations and wallet issues. Later, they stated that the delay was caused by platform infrastructure updates and the deployment of a new dashboard.
OTET Markets previously stated that normal withdrawal processing takes approximately 4 hours, but my withdrawal has remained pending beyond that timeframe.
I have contacted their support several times and asked for the exact reason for the delay, confirmation that no additional KYC/AML information is required, a specific completion timeframe, and the transaction hash (TxID) once the funds are sent.
