Subject: Forced Stop Out Under Abnormal Spread Conditions
I am submitting a complaint regarding a forced stop out on my account with JustMarkets on 17/07/2026 at 22:00:10 while trading XAUUSD on a Pro account.
My total exposure was 6 lots (3 Buy and 3 Sell positions, fully hedged). My balance was approximately $3000, with around $1800 as floating loss due to hedging, leaving about $1200 equity.
Under normal conditions, a fully hedged setup should remain stable, as Buy and Sell positions offset each other regardless of price movement. However, all positions were closed simultaneously at the exact same second, and my margin level dropped to around 6%, which is highly abnormal.
There were no major news events at that time. This suggests extreme spread widening or execution/pricing irregularities.
I request a full investigation, tick data, execution logs, and a clear explanation, along with compensation review if any issue is confirmed.
