more than one year

I have been attempting for 11 days to have my funds released. I have submitted the necessary documentation. Initially after zero response I contacted customer service and the issue was elevated. Once again I am in the position of not receiving communication. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and quoting the work load as the cause for lousy customer service is an old and tired excuse that places the burden of their inadequacies on the customer.
