Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life, especially from a big company. I did have some issues with fraud, and they froze my account. But since then, I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to me. It takes 7 to 10 days every time I open the app, and it's been a month and a half now. They have no idea what they're doing, and it's absolutely terrible.
