I tried depositing funds into my account via the Bitcoin network, following their provided BTC address. I made two separate payments, one for $2000 and another for $368.94. However, only the $2000 reflected in my account. When I reached out to them, they requested evidence including recipient and sender addresses, hash ID, date, and time. I provided all the requested information promptly. Despite this, I haven't received any resolution on the same day. They mentioned I should receive a refund link within a week, but it's been a week and I haven't received anything yet. Still fighting to get my funds back.
