I have to say I'm disappointed with the customer service. Whenever I have an issue or question, it seems like the staff goes out of their way to avoid addressing it. Instead, they tend to veer off into unrelated topics, which is frustrating. It'd be great if they could focus more on actually helping with the problems at hand rather than sidestepping them.
