HTCF is a disappointing broker. I've had a frustrating experience with them – they seem to be operating as fraudulent brokers. If you happen to make profits, don't expect to see any withdrawals; they only allow you to retrieve your initial deposit. I've never successfully withdrawn any profits. It's a one-star from me – and I wish I could give them less.
