I have been using rkglobal for around 10 years now. and now I have decided to really cancel all my relationships with them. For NRIs, the level of horrible and pathetic service they provide is simply unbelievable. if u forgot your password then u r pretty much done. anything that would involve using their customer care, u r *******. also their platform is v poor as well. feels like a software of 1980s in todays generation. if u r a new customer, I would recommend highly to stay away from it as there are much better options.
