A notable disappointment was the absence of MT4 or MT5 trading platforms which are familiar and popular among traders, including myself. The imposition to switch to a new platform felt uninviting as the potential benefits were uncertain and possibly not worth the effort. I strongly recommend that they improve the accessibility to information and consider integrating MT4 or MT5 for a better user experience.
