I had a mixed experience with FINCO. While their service was generally good, the account opening process was a real hassle, requiring multiple document submissions. Thankfully, their customer service team was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the process step-by-step. I do hope they work on streamlining this process in the future, but other than that, things were fine.
