Their personalized customer service is honestly amazing. They even let you know if you're getting close to a margin issue, not to pressure you, but just so you're aware and can decide what to do with your position. I actually learned how to trade with them. They have free webinars every month, and they also do a daily "Market Morning" where they analyze the market live. Emilio and Vanessa are two of my favorite analysts, they're super friendly, and I've learned a lot from them.
They also applied for regulation in 2024 but the CMF is taking a long time with the process.
