I am reporting a serious withdrawal issue with HFM. I submitted a withdrawal request from my HFM e-wallet to my bank saving account on 16 February 2026. This was already the third withdrawal request for the same amount, after my previous requests on 29 January 2026 and 30 January 2026. In my HFM e-wallet, the balance has already been deducted and shows zero, and the withdrawal status is marked as “Completed.” I also received an official email from HFM on 17 February 2026 confirming that the withdrawal was successful and completed. According to HFM, the transfer should take 2–10 working days depending on the payment service provider. However, until today (13 feb 2026) the funds have still not been credited to my bank account. This delay is unacceptable because the withdrawal has already been marked as completed by HFM, yet the money has not been received. I am very concerned about the safety of my funds. I request HFM to investigate this issue immediately and provide a clear explanation
