按照要求提交了许多资料，以我账户不合规为理由冻结关闭账户，剩余的款项我去取款，并且打过电话确认本人取款，到现在客服以及所有咨询单，邮件都不回复。太让人失望，这么大个平台就是这样对待我们中国客户的
