When I ran into some trading issues, I first tried emailing customer service for help, but they didn't get back to me right away. But then I found the customer service hotline on their website, and they picked up right away and solved my problem. That was awesome! However, they have a limited number of account types, and it seems like they don't have the one I'm looking for...😕
