Abstract:This WEALTH-FX review starts with a licensing statement that needs verification. The client agreement on wealth-fx.com says the company is incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as 88102 LLC 2021 and is authorised and regulated by the SVG FSA. An official SVG FSA notice, however, says forex trading brokerage activities are not licensed in that jurisdiction. The same agreement separately names WealthFX Liquidity Limited, company 180782, and describes a Mauritius International License. For an India-based reader, those website claims do not replace RBI rules for permitted forex transactions or an independently confirmed licence record.

This WEALTH-FX review starts with a licensing statement that needs verification.
The available evidence establishes what the website claims, not that every claim has been independently confirmed. It also establishes that the St. Vincent regulator has publicly drawn a boundary around forex brokerage licensing. That conflict is a reason to pause and verify the contracting entity, licence type, licence number, domain, and complaint route before funding.
A WEALTH-FX broker search is not proof of fraud or legitimacy. No regulator or court finding reviewed for this article was treated as a fraud verdict against the named website. The safe conclusion is narrower: the licensing language requires direct confirmation, and Indian residents must separately comply with RBI rules.
The agreement first describes WEALTH-FX as an investment firm incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with registration number 88102 LLC 2021. It then says the company is also authorised and registered in Mauritius under the name WealthFX Liquidity Limited, company number 180782.
A company-registration number and a financial-services licence are not interchangeable. The agreement does not show a Mauritius licence number next to company number 180782 in the opening paragraphs. Before accepting an account, ask for the exact contracting company, licence category, licence number, registered address, and regulator record that can be matched independently.
The client agreement says the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority supervises the company. The SVG FSA's official public notice says forex trading brokerage activities are not licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Incorporation there can therefore confirm a corporate record without proving a retail forex brokerage licence from that authority.
The website's separate Mauritius statement should be checked in the FSC Mauritius Register of Licensees. Match the name WealthFX Liquidity Limited, the licence category, status, approved activities, domain, and contact details. A similar name or company number alone is not enough.
RBI's forex FAQ says resident persons may undertake forex transactions only with authorised persons and for permitted purposes under FEMA. Permitted electronic forex transactions should use RBI-authorised electronic trading platforms or recognised exchanges such as NSE, BSE, and MSE under the applicable terms.
RBI also explains that its Alert List is not exhaustive. Absence from that list is not approval. An India user should check the authorised-person and authorised-ETP records rather than treating an offshore registration, online advertisement, or successful login as local permission.
The client agreement says maintenance margin cannot be used for withdrawals while a transaction remains open. It also allows additional due-diligence checks and describes circumstances in which access may be suspended, an account frozen, positions closed, or funds withheld to settle obligations after termination.
These clauses do not prove that a withdrawal will fail, but they affect timing and dispute evidence. Before depositing, obtain the withdrawal policy, required verification documents, processing window, fees, beneficiary name, and complaint escalation route in writing. Never pay an extra fee to an unrelated account to unlock a withdrawal.
The agreement identifies wealth-fx.com as the website, while the login link observed on the site uses the subdomain client.wealth-fx.com. Type the main domain yourself and follow its login link. Check the address character by character before entering an email, password, identity document, or payment information.
Do not use a link delivered by an unknown account, remote-access software, or a file sent through a chat. Confirm that the entity in the account agreement and deposit instructions is the same entity you verified with the claimed regulator.
The website markets FX and CFDs and warns that leveraged CFDs may cause the loss of the entire balance. The client agreement also says platform prices may differ from underlying-market prices and stop orders may execute at a worse price during volatility. Those product risks remain even if an entity and licence are confirmed.
The publication record leaves an unresolved verification task rather than a simple safe-or-scam answer. The St. Vincent licensing claim should be read against the SVG FSA notice, the Mauritius statement requires a matching regulator record, and an Indian resident must start with RBI permissions. Do not fund an account until all three layers agree with the contract and payment route.

The evidence reviewed for this article does not establish RBI authorisation. RBI says residents should use authorised persons and, for permitted electronic transactions, authorised ETPs or recognised exchanges. Check the current RBI records before any transaction.
No. It is presented on the website as a St. Vincent registration number. The SVG FSA notice says forex brokerage activities are not licensed there, so a corporate registration should not be presented as that authority's broker licence.
Type wealth-fx.com yourself, use only the login link shown on that site, and verify the resulting subdomain. Do not provide credentials or identity documents through links sent by an unknown agent or social-media account.

FCA warns EXOTICINVEST in a notice first published and updated on 3 September 2026. The UK regulator identifies EXOTICINVEST TRADING AND INVESTMENT FIRM and the website www.exoticinvest.ltd, stating that the firm is not authorised and may be targeting people in the UK. This is a dated regulatory warning, not a customer review or a confirmed loss report. Anyone approached through the named website should stop before paying, avoid sharing login credentials and verify the exact business independently through the FCA Firm Checker.

This FTMO Global Markets review starts with a naming problem. The RBI Alert List updated 22 October 2024 names FTMO and links to ftmo.com/en at item 13. FTMO's current contact page separately lists FTMO Global Markets in Mauritius, company ID C187370 and licence GB21027119. Its January 2025 privacy policy describes FTMO Global Markets Ltd as a Mauritius investment dealer. These records do not prove RBI authorisation for the broker domain, and they do not justify treating every FTMO-branded service as the same product or legal entity.
