Ukrainian side: Russia is throwing 'all the reserves they have now' into the fighting in the Luhansk region

Russia fired rockets at the city of Khmelnitsky in western Ukraine, injuring one person, the head of the Khmelnitsky Regional Military Administration, Shershi Hamari, said on Tuesday.
